OFF-RESERVE MEMBERS INFORMATION

Parents/Caregivers must fill out a form per child prior to pickup. Your child must be registered on the SCN registered members list and address verification. For parents/caregivers that live off-reserve outside of the Edmonton and Calgary areas, please fill out a form and provide correct address information so that we can ensure your child receives their gift card incentive for December 2025.

Maskwacis Members residing ON-RESERVE

A form must be filled out prior to pick-up. We have provided multiple dates for pickup, please plan accordingly. We will not be providing mailouts for local members. No exceptions.
